We all demand a lot of our bodies: work; exercise; injury; daily stress; age in other words...LIFE!
Life's demands can cause tension, muscle aches and knots, spasms, and stiffness.
I personally can relate to all of this. I've competed in rough water swimming, triathlons and road races and have participated in many sports including boxing, rowing & yoga. I have pushed my body to extremes.

For years I used tennis balls, foam rollers and other sports massage roller products for relief & recovery. Most were poorly constructed and not portable or user friendly. I knew I could come up with a product that was comfortable, versatile, easy to use and portable. The Original Worm was born!
